Line dancing burns calories, increases metabolism, stimulates

endorphins (the body’s feel-good hormone), relieves depression

and anxiety, and in addition, is a general all-around stress reducer.

Also, you will find that the Center’s line dancers care more about

having fun than how accurate the dance steps are.

Friday's -  1:30-2:15pm  Advanced
