TAI CHI FOR HEALTH

Tai Chi for Health Program empowers people to improve their health and wellness.  Tai Chi has been shown to improve nearly all aspects of health, improve mobility and balance, enhance muscle strength, fall prevention and general well-being. This weekly Tai Chi class will include proven Tai Chi health forms and related Qi Gong practice.  Our instructor is Randy Menakes.  Randy is a board-certified instructor of the Tai Chi for Health Institute and a grantee of the Ohio Department of Health Tai Chi for Arthitis program.

Tai Chi, is a gentle exercise that everyone, YES, everyone can do.  It can be modified for those that need to be seated.
